Opening Concert Thursday 18 May
The opening concert of the sixth CantaRode International Choral festival takes place on Thursday, 18 May at 20.00 in the Parkstad Limburg Theatres, location Kerkrade. A special project choir will be singing compositions by John Rutter. All participating choirs in the festival will then present themselves.
Tickets are available for € 20,– at the Parkstad Limburg Theaters or at the box office.
Competition days Friday 19 and Saturday 20 May
On Friday 19 and Saturday 20 May, the CantaRode competition will take place in the Parkstad Limburg Theaters, location Kerkrade. The choirs will be judged by a professional jury. The public is more than welcome. Tickets are available for € 10,– at the Parkstad Limburg Theaters or at the box office.
Regional concerts Friday 19 May
On Friday 19th May there will be several regional concerts. Tickets for these concerts are available at the concert locations. See also the page concerts.
Final concert Sunday 21 May
On Sunday 21 May at 3 pm the final concert with VOCES8 will take place in the Parkstad Limburg Theaters, location Kerkrade.
Tickets are available from € 23,- at the Parkstad Limburg Theatre
A passepartout for both the opening concert and both competition days costs € 30,-. This is also available at Parkstad Limburg Theaters or at the box office.
